Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Keepsake Cook (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Keepsake Cook is an AI-assisted recipe organizer that lets you upload, digitize, edit, generate, and share recipes. Features may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue functionality with or without notice.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, and at least 13 years of age.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security or abuse risk.

Your content

You retain ownership of recipes and files you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the Service, including sending content to AI providers to fulfill features you request. You represent that you have the rights to upload and process the content you submit, and that it does not infringe others’ rights or violate law.

Credits and subscriptions

Certain features consume AI credits. Free allowances, pack purchases, and subscriptions are described on the Upgrade and Help pages. Purchased pack credits generally do not expire; promotional or monthly allowances may reset according to the plan terms shown at purchase. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Refunds are described below.

Refunds

If you want your money back, ask within 30 days of the purchase. We will refund credit-pack charges and the most recent subscription charge when the request is made within that window. Request a refund through Help & Support (choose the Billing category) and include the email on the account and the approximate purchase date. After a refund we may reverse unused credits and cancel an active subscription. Please contact us before opening a card dispute so we can fix it directly.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to probe, disrupt, or bypass security or usage limits.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse AI or API endpoints beyond normal product use.
• Upload malware or content you do not have permission to process.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with Keepsake Cook.

AI outputs and disclaimers

AI extraction and generation can be inaccurate or incomplete. Always review recipes, ingredients, and instructions before cooking or serving food or drinks, including checking allergens, temperatures, and techniques. The Service is not a restaurant, nutritionist, or medical provider and does not provide medical, nutritional, or allergen advice. Recipes and generated content are provided “as is” without warranty that they are safe, complete, or suitable for any particular dietary need. You assume the risk of cooking or serving anything based on the Service.

Intellectual property

The Keepsake Cook name, logos, and product software are owned by us or our licensors. Except for your own content, you may not copy or reuse our branding or software except as allowed by these Terms or with our prior written consent.

Your responsibility for uploaded content

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of Keepsake Cook from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from content you upload or share, your use of AI outputs, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KEEPSAKE COOK AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
